Once you have established your niche, start building relationships with your suppliers, who can help get better deals for your customers or provide them with truly one-of-a-kind local experiences.

Create a marketing and messaging strategy

Travel is all about creating memories so providing an exceptional customer experience is critical to your success. Map out the customer journey from their eyes as they go from discovery to post-trip. This will help you identify areas of delight and areas that need improvement.
